I think even if it had a full-on romance it would still have been good since the writer balanced the flow smoothly. When I first learned about the cast for this drama, I thought Yoo In Na would be the lead female so I got quite excited. I can't say anything bad in details about them, as I've said I'm not that a super fan to know their acting skills. However, I don't like how the writer made Go Eun's character, she's not that mature/independent taking into consideration the hardships she went through (hopefully that will change later in the story). When she talked to Gong Yoo, I didn't felt the senior-junior or adult-young actor connection. And the Grim Reaper is the reincarnation of a human committing grave sins in the past, now that's bullshit. i think yoo in na will be acknowledge in the upcoming paeksang awards in her acting ^^. beside that Go Eun's role appropriate with Eun Tak, a girl who lost her mother and should live with her wicked aunty and family. Half human, half goblin? it is the combination of my most favorite genre of a drama,. gong yoo's eyes are really calm and how he stare at euntak is very deep and killing. My heart aches longing for more scenes but sadly I have to wait until tomrw. Hoping for more GongDongJae scenes, I know this is out of topic but let's appreciate how handsome this grim reaper in king suite, with moustache. so as with lee dong wook. How they make a part 2. I rarely like Yoo In-na's character in any of her dramas,, but in here she's fun, she's kinda... like, aloof? Having seen literally HUNDREDS of Korean dramas, this is by far the BEST acting, plot, cast chemistry, AND music – wow. I have only 2 main reasons for watching this drama - gong yoo and lee dong wok..enuff said..hehehe, Of course the story, song, cinematography, supporting acts ans so forth are all daebak as well.
